Continuation Classes

These classes are for the students who have been practicing yoga for a while and build on the level of familiarity of postures, physical ability, mindfulness and flow.  Students continue to advance their practice, gaining more strength, flexibility as the yoga practices become stronger and more challenging.

Students at this level have a good awareness of their own bodies, their alignment, level of flexibility and have the ability to modify postures to suit their ability and thus can move their bodies with grace and flow.
