Yoga with Elma 

Yoga with Elma is a community based yoga practice in Inishowen, Co. Donegal, Ireland.

Regular weekly classes are held in a beautifully restored ‘Market House’ in the centre  
of Clonmany village. 

Elma also runs Yoga Holidays and Retreats
which offer the best of local
accomodation and food in a scenic coastal location.

Having spent 20 years yoga teaching and training in Dublin, Elma and her husband
Patsy have moved back to their home village in Clonmany, Inishowen
a beautiful environment along the Wild Atlantic Way in Donegal.

Elma teaches yoga in the Market House in Clonmany

Classes are available to suit all body types and levels of fitness and ‘unfitness’- from couch potato to high end fitness.

Monday – 11 am – Flexibility and Relaxation

Tuesday – 11 am – Chair Yoga Class

Tuesday- 7 pm – Beginners Yoga Class

Tuesday 8.30pm – Men Only Yoga Class

You will find that there is a yoga class to suit everyone.
Elma also teaches community group yoga classes in Malin Head, Malin town and Carndonagh - booking through local community centre or group.

I am a runner. Would Yoga help my performance?

Yes. Most sports training and activity builds womens viagra stamina and strength. Yoga practice will work on strength but also flexibility,mobility, breathing and mental focus. Elma is experienced in working across a number of sports and the yoga class can help improve performance and also prevent injury occurring.

I have never done Yoga before. Will I be able to keep up?

Elma’s yoga practice allows each person to reach their own level of ability. You take the practice as far as you are comfortable and progress at your own rate.

Are all the classes mixed?

Most classes are mixed but Tuesday 7pm is a ‘Women Only’ class and 8.30pm Tuesday acheter viagra is a ‘Men Only’ class.

Do I need my own yoga mat or special clothes?

No. Elma provides mats and accessories for the yoga classes. For practice at home and hygiene it is worth getting your own mat eventually. Wear
comfortable loose clothing and you will be removing your shoes during the class.

Do I need to pay for a full term as I may miss some classes?

No. You only pay for the classes you attend. It is €8 per night, paid as you arrive.
