‘Men Only’ Class

This class creates a forum for men to explore the benefits of yoga in their own space.  Good body mechanics is explored from good posture to joint mobility and muscle alignment, strength and flexibility.  The class is pitched for sports people and non-sports people.  For sports poeple this is an excellent ‘cross training’ practice. For all levels of ability the practice will address muscular mis alignments in body.  It will create better ‘form’ and help to prevent the most common injuries that come from repetitive action, mis aligment, over- use and indeed under use of joints and muscles.

Conscious Relaxation is also explored and experienced so the whole yoga session works on multiple levels - energises, stabilises, challenges and relaxes the individual – body and mind.
